Early Booking
Conference attendees can start booking now using the code: OLA
OLA has reserved a block of 220 rooms for conference attendees.
- Single: $110/night + 11.3% tax
- Double: $120/night + 11.3% tax
Complimentary self-parking, hot breakfast buffet, and in-room WiFi access are included for the duration of your stay when you book early.
Once the early-booking block is full, attendees can still book a room using the “Regular Booking” instructions below.
Regular Booking
After all of the OLA block of rooms have been reserved, the Hilton will provide conference attendees with a room at the best available rate using the code: OLA
Complimentary self-parking and in-room WiFi are included (no breakfast) for the duration of your stay when using regular booking.
